Creekside Manor Breaks Ground
Rhapsody Partners, a Kirkland-based developer, has broken ground on Creekside Manor Condominiums located at the intersection of 132nd and 35th on the north edge of Mill Creek in South Everett.
Creekside Manor is planned to be a garden-style condominium project consisting of 3 separate buildings. All will be 3-story and will offer 1, 2, and 3 bedroom flats, with a total of 60 units being developed.
Pre-sales are scheduled to begin in October with a Grand Opening to be held upon completion of the 1st building in January, 2009. Sales are expected to be complete by January 2,010.
